What is CORE
Core Energetics is a somatic or body based healing modality for people who are tired of just talking about their patterns and actually want to shift them. It blends psychology, movement, breath, spirituality, and radical acceptance, especially of the parts you don’t want others to see, to help people feel more alive, connected, expressive, and free. Whether you’re building a business, navigating relationships, or trying to stop repeating the same unconscious loops, Core helps bring your body, heart, and truth back online… in real life.
WHO am I
Born to Argentine Jewish parents and raised within a larger Catholic Colombian community in New Orleans, I grew up between many worlds. After earning a Master’s from the Harvard Kennedy School, becoming one of the first 30 employees at Airbnb, and helping take Fiverr public on the NYSE, I saw that traditional ideas of success often disconnect us from our humanity, and that the path back begins by reconnecting to one’s higher self. I’m now in the final year of my Core Energetics training, helping leaders, founders, and creatives reconnect to their aliveness, truth, and deeper purpose. I facilitate both individual and group sessions.
